To explore what more design can do to improve our society and world, that is what drives me in my work. I have always been curious about people, tried to understand them and the social system we have created around us. I used my background as an industrial designer to develop my first service design processes and tools. During the years I've continuously iterated and developed them further to fit the challenges I face. Together with our clients, this development continues each day!
